Dr. Kathryn Lorenz is a VERY good physician. She treats you like you are the only one person. She'll always listen to me when I have a concern and offers help with that. I dearly love my doctor!

Two days before my appointment I received a text message asking me to confirm my appointment which I did. Then that evening I received an automated call also asking me to confirm my appointment. I shouldn't be inconvenienced to confirm my appointment twice. Once should be sufficient!

At this office, you can expect to wait 30-45 minutes after your scheduled time. I would appreciate not having to wait so long to be seen.

A visit with Dr. Lorenz is refreshing in that she is very personable/relational. She does not seem rushed. She is easy to talk to and appears to value her patients as people. She is knowledgeable, communicates in a way that is easy to understand, answers questions thoroughly, and offers practical advice in addition to prescribing medicine when needed. In my experience, she is quick to respond to MyChart questions and to make prompt referrals. I have recommended her to several family members because she is top-notch in the field of family medicine. She is an asset to Premier Health.

This office is excellent for routine care but it is very difficult to get in to see this provider when ill.

Dr. Lorenz is an exceptional provided in every way.

The only thing I would suggest is having MA wear her name tag. Did not introduce herself or mention her name when starting the intake. Started off saying "when is your date of birth." Dr Lorenz was running about 30 minutes behind. No one notified me of this and Dr did not apologize / acknowledge lateness when she came into the room. I know unexpected things can happen but keep the patient informed. Both receptionists were very friendly and professional. The guy at the desk was talking on the phone to a patient and he was extremely patient and calm explaining the same thing over and over. I could hear the conversation through the window unfortunately but no names or any confidential info was shared. Just something to be aware of. He was just talking in a normal voice. Even though Dr Lorenz was late I did not feel rushed with the time she spent with me. She is very nice and encouraging. Doesn't make you feel bad about your health but offers suggestions and encourages me in how I can improve. This office keeps improving each time I come in. Thanks!

Always very helpful and very friendly

My doctor's visit was excellent. I was doing better after the 1st dose of medicine and the doctor answer everyone of my questions. Just would have been happier if with this visit could have been earlier instead of having to wait so long. The reason you have a doctor is to be able to be seen at least within a week. Hope the next time I need to see a doctor I can be seen within a reasonable time.

Dr. Kathryn Lorenz is a wonderful, concerned and knowledgeable doctor who cares for and listens to her patients.

I have seen multiple doctors and had a diagnostic mamogram. No one knows why my breasts hurt. This is the first and only time Dr. Lorenz hasn't had a definitive answer, but she spent plenty of time with me, and I felt she did all she could.
